Support assessments are available if you have Support module.

Workflow


The workflow diagram details the states a Support assessment form can move through.  


Adding a Support assessment

When creating a new Support assessment the pages displayed will be dependent on how the form has been configured in your system. The screenshots shown here are just an example of how it may look.

Save the form, button changes green once the mandatory data has been completed

Discard changes and return back to the case


Referrals

All Referrals made to Support services are listed on this tab.

A Referral to a service can be created by clicking .

The Service that the referral is being made to

Opens the Case in a new browser tab
Referral date
The date of the referral. Cannot be in the future
Start date
Mandatory when the referral is moved to the Accepted state
Priority
Determines the priority when compared to other referrals to this service
Rejection reason
Mandatory when the referral is moved to the Rejected state
Removal reason
Mandatory when the referral is moved to the Removed state

Notes & Actions

Displays all Alerts, Notes and Actions assigned to the Support assessment. Further details on the functionality can be found here - 5. Notes, Alerts & Actions.  

Comms centre

Displays all Comms linked to the Support assessment. Further details on the functionality can be found here - 4. Communications

Files

Displays all Files linked to the Case. Further details on the functionality can be found in 24. Files. 

Support assessments list

The Support assessments option in the explorer displays a list of all the Support assessment records in the system.


  

The list can be configured to show both standard and custom fields from the Support assessment table or information related to any of the following related areas:

  1. Case
  2. Primary applicant
  3. Public portal account
  4. Homeless (English)
  5. Homeless (English legacy)
  6. Bedroom assessment
  7. Housing Register
There are a number of special calculated fields associated with Support assessment records that can be added to lists. Details of these fields can be found in Appendix I - Special/calculated fields
