Rough sleeper forms can be configured to capture information about rough sleepersPages, sections and fields can be added by your Administrator so it matches your requirements exactly.

Adding a Rough sleeper form

When creating a new Rough sleeper form the pages displayed will be dependent on how the form has been configured in your system. The screenshots shown here are just an example of how it may look.

Save the form, button changes green once the mandatory data has been completed


Discard changes and return back to the case


Notes & Actions

Displays all Alerts, Notes and Actions assigned to the Rough sleeper form. Further details on the functionality can be found here - 5. Notes, Alerts & Actions.  

Comms centre

Displays all Comms linked to the Rough sleeper form. Further details on the functionality can be found here - 4. Communications

Files

Displays all Files linked to the Case. Further details on the functionality can be found in 24. Files.

Placements

Details on how placements can created against an application can be found in 17. Homeless placements.

Rough sleeper list

The Rough sleeper option in the explorer displays a list of all the Rough sleeper records in the system.



The list can be configured to show both standard and custom fields from the Rough sleeper table or information related to any of the following related areas:

  1. Case
  2. Primary applicant
  3. Current address
  4. Previous address
  5. Public portal account
  6. Homeless (English)
  7. Homeless (English legacy)
  8. Bedroom assessment
  9. Housing Register
  10. Health assessment
  11. Financial assistance
  12. Support assessment
There are a number of special calculated fields associated with Rough sleeper records that can be added to lists. Details of these fields can be found in Appendix I - Special/calculated fields
