Person

Two new standard fields have been added to the Person form:

  Is their gender different from their sex registered at birth

  Their sex registered at birth

Both of these fields are hidden by default. Any clients using the Homeless module will need to enable these fields as they required for the H-CLIC.

The Are they pregnant field logic has been updated to take these new fields into account.

H-CLIC

The H-CLIC extract has been updated to include the following fields:

  Is their gender different from their sex registered at birth

  Their sex registered at birth

Homeless referral

Homeless referral forms have been created as a new item that can be created as part of a case.

The Homeless referral form is configurable and can have additional fields, pages and groups added to it through the Form Editor.

A new Action category has been added to allow Homeless referral action definitions to be created.

Any Actions created against a Homeless referral form are also displayed on the Actions page when viewing the Case.

New message sub type has been created to allow Homeless referral Comms templates to be created.

A new Homeless referral list has created to display all Homeless referral records.

A new Homeless referral public portal form has been created. This form is only accessible directly from its URL, website-name/forms/homelessreferral.

When submitted the form will create a new Person record, a Case record and a Homeless referral strand.

Cases

A new option has been added to the Case dashboard, Move applications.

Currently only Homeless referral case strands can be moved between cases. Other case strands will be supported in the future.

A Homeless referral can only be moved to another existing Case. 

Permissions

A new Cases: Homeless (Referral) permission group has been created with the following options:

View and edit 

View only

Create actions 

     Dashboard tiles only

A new permission has been added to the Cases folder:

Move applications to another case

Website

A new website option has been added, Enable public referral form (duty to refer), that controls whether the referral form is available on the public portal or not.

A new page has been added to the website content, Public homeless referral.

This page allows content to be displayed alongside the form when a referral is created.

Infrastructure

Fixed an issue where the draft version of a workflow would not be loaded if at least two versions of the workflow had not been published.

Actions

Fixed an issue where a journal entry was not created when an Action or Alert was moved into the Removed state.

Homeless application

Updated the Homeless application to display the People section when a new application is created.

H-CLIC

Fixed an issue where a Legacy homeless case could incorrectly output TA_EXIT_DATE in the H-CLIC file.

Fixed an issue where the loading spinner could be displayed indefinitely on the Property detail page if a photo had been deleted
