Back office | Comms | A new standard field has been added to the Person record, Additional correspondence email address. When this field is completed all emails sent to the applicant's email address will also be cc’ed to this 2nd email address. By default, this field is hidden on the forms. |

| The background service used to send emails has been updated to mark any messages as Failed in the Comms centre if they cannot be sent due to an invalid (badly constructed) email address. |
| Actions | On the Actions pages all Actions/Notes are sorted within each group by Target date, and then Created date. If a Target date does not exist then they are just sorted by Created date. |
| Shortlists | The applicant's current Housing register state and Case state is now displayed on the Summary page of the shortlist. |

| If an applicant rejects an offer with an ‘Unreasonable’ reason then this is displayed alongside the reason on the Summary page of the shortlist. |

| A new button has been added to the shortlist, Update rejection, that allows the reason and date an offer has been rejected to be changed. This option is not available if a shortlist is read only; e.g. a later void or shortlist has been created. |

| A new button has been added to the shortlist, Reopen rejected offer, that allows a previously rejected offer to be reopened and the bid set back to the Placed/Nominated state. |

| A new button has been added to the shortlist, Reject accepted offer, that allows a previously accepted offer to be rejected. The applicant's Case, Housing Register & Bedroom assessment are re-opened. All address entries created for each Person on the case are removed. The Advert period is reset to Approved/Generated and the Void is set back to Pending, and the Void end date cleared. Any bids on the shortlist that were marked as Unsuccessful are reset to Placed/Nominated. |

| Additional logic rules have been implemented on the Void state change to only allow Voids to be moved to the Deleted state when: The latest shortlist period is not being advertised The latest shortlist period is not awaiting approval The latest shortlist has been fully processed |
| Infrastructure | Updated the Risk and Health assessment workflows so that the Archived state is now an end state. |
| Homeless | A new state has been added to the Homeless workflow, Main duty decision. Applications can be moved to this new state from Relief Duty owed. From this point applications can be moved to the Closedand Main Duty Owed states if the relevant field values have been set. |

Fixes
Back office | Notes | When viewing a Note, if you don’t have permission to edit the note, the text box now correctly automatically resizes to show all of the note contents. This was only previously happening if you had the ability to edit notes. |
| Form Editor | Fixed an issue where multi-line text fields in the Form Editor were not observing the auto grow setting when added to a form. |
| Properties | Fixed an issue where an API error was displayed when creating a new property if no default property team existed. |
| Actions | Fixed an issue where an Action could not be viewed if the associated attachment had been deleted. |
| Users | Corrected an issue where a suspended admin user account could not be updated. |
| Homeless | Fixed an issue where the Main Duty outcome field displayed the wrong values in the filter dropdown when added to a list. |
