New & improved
Back office | Shortlists | The applicant's current Band, Bed need and Occupancy is now displayed on the Summary page of the shortlist to allow users to check if any details have changed since the bid was placed. |
| Voids | The Void end date has been changed to be automatically set to the day before the Tenancy start date. |
| Comms | New functionality has been added that allows Comms messages to be marked as deleted. When the View button is clicked for a Comms message a Delete message button is displayed if the user has the required privilege. If a Comms message is in the Draft state then all users can delete a message. If a Comms message has been sent, or is in the process of being sent then only users with the Delete sent messages permission will see the Delete message button. If a message is deleted while it is in the ‘Merging’ state it will not be displayed on the public portal. If the message is deleted while it is in the ‘Queued’ or ‘Sent’ state then the message will be displayed on the public portal but the contents of the message will be replaced with a standard message stating the message has been recalled and is unavailable. |
| Permissions | A new permission has been created Delete sent messages that allows users the ability to delete Comms messages that have been sent. This permission has been placed in the newly created Comms centre folder. |
Public portal | Comms preferences | The How would like to be contacted field has been updated to only show the ‘Post’ option if the No email address field has been checked. If the No Email address field is hidden on the public form, then applicants cannot choose the Post option at all. |
