Public portal

Actions

Applicants can now add multiple files against a single action.

The interface allows them to select multiple files in one go and add them to the action. A second file selection box appears if they need to add other files of a different type. This allows mobile phone users to be able to add a mixture of photos and documents that may be stored on their device.

 

Website

A new standard content page has been added to the website, Cookie policy.

This page contains standard wording but can be configured if required through the website CMS, or redirected to an external website.

Back office

Actions

The Actions page has been updated to display multiple files that may have been uploaded against an Action.

 

Actions list

The Last updated date field has been renamed Last update date and time, and the Created date field has been renamed Create date and time.

 

 

New Last updated date and Created date fields have been added.

 

 

Updated the Owners field so it can now be grouped on a list.

 

Users

The Roles field has been added to the Users list as standard. 

This field displays both Azure AD assigned roles and Manually assigned roles.

 

Infrastructure

A new Docs link has been added at the bottom of the left-hand explorer to provide a link straight to the Documentation area of the Huume support portal.

Requests and reviews

Fixed an issue where the Requested by field would not always display the name of the person that had requested the review.

When a review has been completed if it results in changes then the name of the original requestor is also correctly displayed in the online changes section.

 

 

Fixed an issue where all the information would not be displayed when clicking the Edit request button, the first time it is opened.
