Back office | Permissions | The People & Cases permission group has been split into the following groups: People Cases Cases: Bedroom assessments Cases: Health assessments Cases: Homeless (English) Cases: Risk assessments Cases: Tenancies Each new group allows permissions to be set to allow users to: View and edit records View only Create actions against the records Users that previously had View and edit access to the old People & cases permission will automatically be granted View & edit permissions to all of the new groups. Users that previously had View only access to the old Properties & voids permission will automatically be granted View only permissions to all of the new groups. The Bids list is only visible if a user has the ability to view Voids. |

| A new Notes and alerts folder has been created. The Edit notes option has been moved into this folder. New permissions have been created: Create notes Create alerts Users that previously had Actions: View and edit will automatically be granted both of these new permissions. |

| A new Dashboard tiles only permission has been introduced for: People Cases Case reviews Homeless (English) Housing Register Contacts Properties Voids Landlords If a user is assigned only this permission, then they will be allowed to view the dashboard but unable to click through to see any data behind the list. |

| Lists | Lists have been updated to respect the new permissions that have been created. If users do not have permission to access a particular set of records, then they are not allowed to view their associated lists or add fields from those areas to other lists through the column chooser. |
| Teams | A new Teams list has been added to the Security folder. Options within a Team allow it to be configured to allow both Cases and/or properties to be assigned to the team. A ‘Default team’ has been created and all existing users, cases and properties have been assigned to this team. |
| Users | A new Teams field has been added to the User form. A user can be assigned one or more teams. |
| Properties | The Landlord field has been updated to contain a list of those Landlord records that have been flagged as Show on property form. |

| The Organisation field has been removed from the Property form and replaced with a Responsible Team field. The Responsible Team field is populated with all Teams that have been flagged as Allow properties to be assigned to this team and have been assigned as teams to the selected Landlord. |

| New columns have been added to the Properties list; Responsible team and My Team. My Team is set to True if the current user has been assigned the same team as the Responsible team. |
| Cases | The Organisation field has been removed from the Case form and replaced with a Responsible Team field. The Responsible Team field is populated with all Teams that have been flagged as Allow cases to be assigned to this team. If one or more Teams have Automatically assign new cases set then the system will randomly choose a Team for all new cases created in the back office or submitted online. |

| Actions and Case actions lists | The lists have been updated to only show those Actions where the user has access to the related workflow. The lists display the correct Edit/View button depending on what access the user has to the main form. |

| A new Responsibility column has been added to the column chooser to allow Actions to be filtered by Applicant/Our organisation. |

| The Owners column can now be filtered. Tip: Only a single value can be selected from the filter dropdown in the column but additional values can be added using the Filter Builder and an OR statement. |
| Shortlists | The following changes have been made to incorporate the new permissions: Case details & Alerts – only visible if the user has view access to Cases People details & Alerts – only visible if the user has view access to People Housing Register Alerts - only visible if the user has view access to Housing Register |
| Landlords | A new Landlords list has been added to the Administration folder. Options within the Landlord record allow it to assigned to properties, as well as determining what teams can be associated with the landlord. The Landlord form is customisable and new fields, pages and groups can be added through the Workflow and forms option. |
| Offers | When an offer is accepted and a new address is created for the successful applicant the details from the associated landlord record are entered into the Landlord page of the address record. |
Fixes
Back office | Permissions | Fixed an issue where the buttons on the Case dashboard were titled Edit when the user only had View only access. |
| Homeless | Fixed an issue where the Prevention duty days until target and Relief duty days until target can now be sorted when added to a list. |
| Forms | Fixed an issue where logic rules associated with Groups and using multi-select fields did not get created correctly. |
