Voids

A new field Nominations required has been added to Voids.

This field is on the Shortlist policy page of the Void Admin form but is hidden by default.

This field only needs to made visible if you wish to nominate applicants from a shortlist to the landlord.

New columns have been created that can be added to lists displaying Void information to show Nominations needed and Nominations required.

New columns have been created that can be added to lists displaying Latest shortlist period information to show Nominations finalised, Nominations exhausted and Nominations count.

The Shortlist ready? field has been updated to be set to True if either:

Nominations are not required and advertising has finished

A shortlist has been generated

A shortlist has nominated applicants ready for processing

Shortlisting

For Voids that require nominations a new Nominate button added to shortlists to allow specific applicants to be put forward to landlords.

Permissions

A new permission Shortlisting – Make nominations has been created.

When set users have access to the Nominate button of the Shortlist. This permission also determines if a user has the ability to update the Nominations required field.

Lists

When searching for a field in the Column chooser the Groups are automatically expanded to make it easier to see the results.

New fields have been added to all lists where the workflow State was previously available:

State date – The date the record was assigned the current state

State date/time – The date and time the record was assigned the current state

State user – The user who changed the record into the current state

Shortlisting

Fixed an issue where an error was displayed on saving a shortlist if an offer had been made to an applicant, rejected and then made to another applicant before saving the void.

Fixed an issue where it was possible for an applicant to lose the purple banner asking them to complete the Housing Register form.
