A new Jobs list has been added to the Administration folder.

This shows all H-CLIC quarterly exports jobs that are scheduled automatically and allows the Case and Person XML files to be downloaded.

Permissions

A new permission View job details has been created.

When set users have access to the Jobs list and read only access to Job records.

A new permission View and edit job details has been created.

When set users have access to the Jobs list and read write access to Job records.

A new permission H-CLIC quarterly export has been created.

When set in conjunction with one of Jobs permissions it allows users to have visibility of the H-CLIC export Job records.

Homeless

H-CLIC Case and Person XML files are automatically generated at the end of the quarter and displayed in the Jobs list.

Allows the XML files to be downloaded and re-run if required.

Schematron validation has been introduced to check all homeless cases that have been updated.

All cases that are changed in a day are checked overnight and any issues found logged against the application.

New fields have been added to the Homeless application to allow any issues with cases to be easily identified:

Has H-CLIC errors – set if at least 1 error exists

Has H-CLIC warning – set if at least 1 warning exists

H-CLIC awaiting validation – set if the application has been updated but the schematron validation has not yet been run

Fixed an issue where users could experience an error when completing a form if a new version was published at the same time.
