The fields are: Prevention duty target date Prevention duty days until target Relief duty target date Relief duty days until target When an application moves out of the Prevention or Relief duties the relevant Days until target field is frozen for audit purposes. |
| Reviews | Case reviews have been created as a new item that can be created as part of a case. Reviews can be assigned to the case as a whole or any of the individual applications/assessments within the case. If a review is created against a homeless application, then additional standard review fields are displayed on the form to capture statutory H-CLIC data. The Case review form is configurable and can have additional fields, pages and groups added to it through the Form Editor. |

| A new Action category has been added to allow Case/application review action definitions to be created. Any Actions created against a Review are also displayed on the Actions page when viewing the Case. |

Fixes
Public portal | Infrastructure | Fixed an issue where an error page was displayed, instead of a 404 page, when navigating to a page that did not exist. |
Back office | Infrastructure | Fixed an issue where a journal entry was incorrectly labelled when a Health assessment was updated. |
| Forms | Fixed an issue where a conditional logic rule run on a single/multi select field with a null value would generate an error in the server log. |
