Previously advertised properties

New links have been added to the Properties page and the Available properties box on the Home page to view Previous properties.

Properties are displayed by month, based on their advertising start date. By default, the latest month with properties is displayed. Previous months properties can be displayed by changing the filter.

A summary of property is displayed along with the status of the shortlist. If an offer has been accepted then the Band and Effective of the successful applicant is displayed.

My previous bids

A new View my previous bids button has been added to the My Account page.

The button displays an applicant's previous bids on properties that have finished advertising. Information is display in the same format as the Previously advertised properties.

Additional information is displayed for each property to inform the applicant of their final shortlist position. If the applicant has been skipped on a shortlist then the reason selected for skipping them is displayed.

Accessibility

A number of enhancements have been made to the public portal to improve its accessibility. These include:

Extended the use of black box focus outlines to other interactive components

Better definition of the regions of pages to help screen readers

Regions defined for search panels and individual properties with a summary for Properties, Previous properties and MY bids pages to help navigate to particular properties

Addition of more H2 headings on pages

Property icons now accessible via keyboard

Lookups

A message has been added to the Shortlist skipping reasonsand Shortlist offer rejection reasons lookups to warn users that these values will be displayed to applicants on the public portal.

Website

New Settings section has been added to Website administration option to allow Property advertising and Property outcomes to be switched off on the public portal.

A new Properties content page has been added.

This allows custom content to be added into the Properties filter panel and at the top and bottom of the property list.

A new Previous properties content page has been added.

This allows custom content to be added into the Previous properties filter panel and at the top and bottom of the previous properties list.

A new My recent bids content page has been added.

This allows custom content to be added into the My recent bids filter panel and at the top and bottom of the My recent bids list.

Improvements made to the display of property media thumbnails to better handle photos that cannot be loaded

Local connection & Preferred areas

Fixed an issue where any local authority and parish could be selected for Local connections and Preferred areas when an applicant initially registered.
