Back office | Voids | A new button has been added to the Adverts/Shortlists page, Direct Match. This allows a customer to be assigned directly to a void through the creation of a one applicant shortlist. All eligibility criteria specified on the Void is ignored when doing a direct match. Users can select any Active Housing Register application to match the void against. |
