Back office | Case officers | A new Case Officers list has been added. Anyone with permissions to view Cases will also have access to this new list. Only Cases that have a Case officer assigned are displayed in the list. If a case has multiple officers assigned to it then it will appear in the list multiple times. Tip: The list can be grouped by Officer name to show case workload across all officers. |
| Cases | The Primary case officer field can now be made non-mandatory. Note: The field will need to be updated on both the Create Case page and the Details page if you wish to change its behaviour, as the Case form uses a slightly different structure to other forms. |
| Lists | Primary case officers, Secondary case officers, Supervisorsand Other users can now be filtered in lists. Tip: Only a single value can be selected from the filter dropdown in the column but additional values can be added using the Filter Builder and an OR statement. |
