Case officers

A new Case Officers list has been added. Anyone with permissions to view Cases will also have access to this new list.

Only Cases that have a Case officer assigned are displayed in the list.

If a case has multiple officers assigned to it then it will appear in the list multiple times.

Tip: The list can be grouped by Officer name to show case workload across all officers.

 

Cases

The Primary case officer field can now be made non-mandatory. 

Note: The field will need to be updated on both the Create Case page and the Details page if you wish to change its behaviour, as the Case form uses a slightly different structure to other forms.

 

Lists

Primary case officersSecondary case officersSupervisorsand Other users can now be filtered in lists.

Tip: Only a single value can be selected from the filter dropdown in the column but additional values can be added using the Filter Builder and an OR statement.

 

 

All standard and custom multi select fields can now be filtered on in lists.

Fixes

Fixed an issue where the Applicant type field was shown as blank on a list if multiple values were set.

 

Homeless

Fixed an issue where the Support needs and Assisted support needs fields were shown as blank on a list if multiple values were set.
