New & Improved
Back office | Properties | Support has been added to allow applicant's to only place a specified number of bids on properties currently being advertised. |
| Voids can be marked as Exclude from bid count and any bids placed on these properties are not included in an applicant's maximum number of permitted properties. A custom message can be displayed on the website for each of these properties explaining why the reason. |
| Voids can be advertised on the public portal without the need for applicants to place bids. Advertise only properties can be created and instructions provided within the advert on how these properties can be applied for. |
| Bespoke Bid warning text can be entered against an advertisement that is displayed to an applicant as they place a bid. |
| Form Editor | The Form Editor now allows conditional logic to be created against fields or groups on a form. The conditional logic can be used to determine visibility of a field or to add validation rules for the content of a field. The Logic Editor supports multiple criteria and the use of both AND and OR operators. |
| All standard conditional logic on the People (Admin, My Profile, and My Family), and Housing Register (Admin and My Housing Register) forms have been converted to use the new format of the Logic Editor. These rules can be customised now if required. |
| When adding a field to a form all the standard fields are now displayed, including any that many have been hidden previously. |
| A new option has been added to People sub forms to allow each person’s details to be expanded on loading the form. |
| People sub forms have been updated to disable the ‘initial question’ and the ‘select users’ questions, as these are now deprecated. |
