Comms Centre

Revamped the user interface to bring Template and Wrapper version in line with the Form and Lookup functionality.

 

 

Included instructions on how to add merge fields and content regions into Word document wrappers.

 

 

All communications to an applicant are now achieved via the Public Portal or via a letter being posted. 

Instead of a letter being attached to an email, applicants are sent an Account Summary/Reminder email which provides them with a summary of any unread messages. Additional information will be added to this email in future and applicants will be sent this on a weekly basis if they have any outstanding actions.

All communications are generated in the back office but currently they cannot be viewed on the public portal. This will be changed in a future release.

 

 

Re-designed standard wrapper contents for the public portal-related emails to bring some brand consistency and to be more compatible with a range of email clients.

 

 

The email conformation and password reset emails now contain a styled hyperlink in place of the long hyperlink text content.

 

 

Comms templates can now have any custom fields from the Person, Housing Register or Case added to them, as well as the standard fields.

 

 

When editing a template, a preview of the combined template and wrapper is displayed for each delivery method.

 

 

Syntax highlighting and formatting has been added to the HTML editor source code view.

 

 

The process of creating and sending messages has been simplified, with previews of the letters/emails that will be sent shown to the user. 

 

 

Communication preferences for both Person and Contact records has been simplified. 

 

Infrastructure

The Roboto font used by the back-office system is now hosted as part of the site rather than from Google Fonts. This brings a performance improvement, removes an external dependency and more consistency to the font of the back-office site.

 

Forms

Add a new display style to Text Content fields called Inline (simplified layout). This allows text to be added to a page without taking up as much space as the Inline option.

 

Person

Contacts can now be related to Person records on the Related Peoplepage of the Person form.

Fixed an issue with the list column chooser where invisible fields were not showing as selected initially.

 

Person form

Fixed a bug with National Identity field where it was not showing the "changed" icon when there were changes, and it was not clearing it's changed state on a successful form save.
