Added a new standard field to the back-office Homeless form, Triage outcome. This dropdown field contains the following options by default: - Provided advice only - Applicant withdrawn enquiry - Homeless application taken If ‘Provided advice only’ is selected then the Provided advice only state is suggested. If ‘Applicant withdrawn enquiry’ is selected then the Not required/added in error state is suggested. New options can be added to the Triage outcome lookup and have tags assigned to them to suggest either the Provided advice only or the Not required/added in error state. This field is hidden by default. |

Housing Register |
New standard qualifying questions can be displayed within the Local connection section. These questions are enabled from within the Parish connections section in the form editor, Show qualifying questions. Once enabled if an applicant answers one of the questions as ‘Yes’ then they are required to enter at least one Local connection. A new Sync email address with public portal account field has been added to the back-office Person form. When ticked the correspondence email address is set to the same email address that is used for the Persons public portal account. All existing records have had this field set if their Correspodence email address is the same as their Public portal account email address. |
