Back office

Permissions

Added a new permission to the Cases: Housing Register applications group, Grant access to Housed (Outside system).

This controls whether users have access to the ‘Housed (Outside system)’ state.

This permission has been enabled for anyone who currently has the ability to edit Housing Register applications.

 

System settings

The options to select records that get excluded from automatic closure have been updated.

The dropdown has been replaced by 3 new checkboxes:

-       Exclude applications that have active offers

-       Exclude applications that have active bids

-       Exclude applications with an active homeless application

The existing settings have been migrated to the new checkbox format.

Pre-assessment

Added a new option within the Website settings that requires an applicant to complete a Pre-assessment form for each Housing register application on a Case not just the initial application.

Fixed an issue where a password could not be reset when impersonating a user.

 

Homeless applications

Fixed an issue where the Date left could be updated incorrectly when a Case was Archived if the person had left earlier.

 

Comms

Fixed an issue where a content region of a draft comms message could be blank when editing it again.

 

Cases

Fixed an issue where the All actions need review flag was incorrectly including ‘Removed’ actions.

All existing data has been updated using the new logic which may result in a change in the numbers your dashboard tiles report.

Forms

Fixed an issue where an applicant was give the option to complete the My Homeless form before they had completed the My Family and My addresses forms.

 

 

Fixed an issue where a Whole number field could generate an error if no Minimum/maximum was set and a value greater then 2,147,483,647 was entered.
