New & Improved
Back office |
Infrastructure |
New functionality has been added that allows a User audit trail extract to be created of all records a user has accessed within a period of time, or all users that have accessed a particular case. Extracts can be requested either from a User record or from a Case record. Once created the extracts can be downloaded and viewed. Extracts can only be created using this functionality from the date the release was made live. We are looking at the possibility of back filling this data to allow historic reporting. In the meantime requests for older data can be made via the support portal. |

|
We have updated the standard format for fields of type Decimal and Whole number on all back office forms to remove the up/down arrows that were displayed alongside the field when it had focus. This removes the chance of a user accidentally changing a value when scrolling on a page and is inline with updates to the GOV.UK design system. |

Permissions |
A new permissions group has been created, Security: User activity exports. This allows activity reports to be created for a particular User account. This contains the following permissions: - Request user activity exports - View all user activity reports - View and download all user activity exports - View and download own user activity exports - View own user activity exports |

Homeless |
A new option has been created that can be added to a PHP wrapper to show all comments that have been added to an action. Currently only the latest comment is displayed. Details of who has added the comment as well as the date and time is included in the text. To show all comments the following field needs to be added to the PHP wrapper: Action.PublicCommentAll |
