Public portal accounts |
New functionality has been added to allow a back-office user to log into the public portal as an applicant. This can be done either from the Public portal account page or from the Portal page of a Person record. All actions are audited and show in the history as being done by the back-office user. |

The logic used to match Public portal accounts to existing People records has been updated to include People that are in the Archived state. If an email is matched to Archived person then they are set back to Active automatically. |

Settings |
A new setting has been added to the General group of settings, Automated case archiving. This setting automatically Archives cases after a number of days if they have no active case strands. If a case only contains an Active bedroom assessment then this is not classed as an active case strand. |

A new setting has been added to the Housing Register group of settings, Automated closure of incomplete housing register applications. This setting allows Housing Register applications in specified states, normally ‘Submitted online’, to be closed automatically after a specified number of days if they have not completed their assigned actions. |

A new setting has been added to the Housing Register group of settings, Automated closure of submitted pre assessment applications. This setting allows Housing Register applications in the ‘Submitted pre-assessment’ state, to be closed automatically after a specified number of days if they have not continues to submit a full Housing Register application. |

A new setting has been added to the Housing Register group of settings, Automated closure of Ineligible pre assessment applications. This setting allows Housing Register applications in the ‘Ineligible’ state, to be closed automatically after a specified number of days. |

Permissions |
A new permission has been added to the Public portal accounts group, Allow impersonation. This permission controls if a user is allowed to log in as the applicant via the back-office. |

A new permission has been added to the System jobs accounts group, Auto Archive job. This permission controls if a user is allowed to view the jobs associated with the Auto archiving routines. |

Fixed an issue where Property based comms templates could not have any custom fields added to them and displayed the incorrect field labels for standard fields. |

Fixed an issue where a hidden multi-select field could report a pending change when no updates had actually been made to the field. |

Fixed an issue where a pending change could not be processed on a hidden field if the group it was in was also hidden. |
