Back office

Homeless applications

The Homeless application workflow has been updated to allow the following state changes:

Submitted online to Advice only

Submitted online to Not required/created in error

 

 

Updated the logic used to set the H-CLIC awaiting validation flag so that it gets set to True when a Person is updated that has a Homeless application, as well as the Homeless application itself.

This will help remove NINO and address H-CLIC errors as they are corrected.

 

Temporary accommodation

The duty assigned to a temporary accommodation placement is updated automatically as a homeless application moves to Main duty owed.

If an application is moved to the 'Main Duty owed' state, any placements without an end date (& not cancelled) will have the Duty under which placement is provided set to 'Main duty: Section 193(2) or S195(A)'

If an application is moved back to the 'Relief Duty owed' state, any placements without an end date (& not cancelled) will have the Duty under which placement is provided set to 'Interim: pending enquiries, intentional homeless, awaiting review or appeal'

 

Homeless referrals

The Homeless referral workflow has been updated to allow the following state changes:

Closed (Homeless application made) to Closed (Moved to another case)

 

Support assessments

Two new calculated fields have been added to the Support asssessments table for inclusion in lists:

Active referral count – the number of active referrals linked to the assessment

Accepted referral count – the number of accepted referrals linked to the assessment

 

Comms messages

Added an icon to display when a ‘post’ only comms message has been deleted.

 

System settings

A new Person setting has been created, Enable automated people archiving.

This setting automatically archives people if they were previously connected to a Case that has been Archived, but they have been left as Active.

This setting can be set per organisation.

This setting is switched off by default.

 

Permissions

A new permission has been created in the People folder, View attachments from case only.

When granted to a user they are able to view all Files assigned to the people on a Case without needing access to the full Person records.

 

Reporting APIs

The following officer fields are now available to be used in any Report API that contains the Case table:

-       Primary case officer

-       Secondary case officer

-       Supervisors

-       Other users

These fields return the Users unique ID, and not their name.

 

 

A new Report API type has been created, Users.

This report type allows the users details to be extracted from the system along with their unique ID.

 

Voids

A new text field, Note, has been added against each Bid on a shortlist. This new field can be found on the Shortlist History page when viewing a bid.

This new field is also visible when viewing a bid on an applicants Housing Register.

 

Data retention

Added visibility of the data retention anonymisation routines within the Jobs list.

Any errors or warnings associated with the anonymisation are displayed within the Job History.

 

 

Added additional rules to prevent the following actions being undertaken on records that have been anonymised:

-       Editing the record

-       Adding notes, alerts or actions

-       Adding files

-       Creating Comms messages

-       Adding people to a case

 

Cases

Updated the way new cases are saved when created in the back-office. This provides a significant increase in the speed of the process in systems with large numbers of people records.

Fixed an issue where there was a mismatch in the number of characters allowed to be entered in the ReasonForLeavingOther field, between the back-office and public portal forms.

 

Fields list

Fixed an issue where the Field type field did not display correctly when added to a list.

 

Users

Fixed an issue where Users couldn’t be updated if their AzureAD Directory ID was the same as yours but in uppercase.

 

Comms message

Fixed an issue where an erroneous character could be displayed in front of the £ sign when viewing a letter on the portal.

 

Cases

Fixed a bug where Reviews in a Closed state did not display by default when viewing a Case.
