Risk assessments

A new Risk assessments list has been created in the Applications folders.

 

Permissions

A new Notes permission has been created, Edit note history journal entries.

When this permission is assigned users are allowed to update the original journal entry created when the Note was first saved, as well as the current Notes contents.

Note: the ability to update the original journal entry is only available for notes created after the deployment of this release.

 

Voids

Void Start date field logic has been updated to make it read only when there is an associated placement.

 

 

A new calculated field has been added to the Shortlist period table, Has offer suggested.

This field is set to True when a shortlist has a bid at the Offer suggested state.
