Homeless applications |
A new state has been introduced for closing applications – Prevention duty ended. Applications are moved to this state if the Reason prevention duty was ended is: - No longer eligible - 56 days or more expired and no further action Previously applications would have moved to the state Prevention successful when these reasons were selected. |

A new state has been introduced for closing applications – Relief duty ended. Applications are moved to this state if the Reason relief duty was ended is: - No longer eligible - Refused final accommodation or final part six offer Previously applications would have moved to the state Relief successful when these reasons were selected. |

A new state has been introduced for closing applications – Not required/Error. A new dropdown field has been added Not required reason, that is mandatory when moving an application to this state. Any applications moved to this state are not included in the H-CLIC submission. |

A new standard PHP page has been added to the back-office Homeless form. This form contains 3 new text fields: - Describe their current housing situation - Describe the type of accommodation they need - Describe their current support needs (if any) These new fields are copies of the existing fields stored on the Case. Any existing data held in the Case fields has been copied over to these new fields if a Homeless application exists. |

A new message sub type has been created, English homeless personal housing plan. This new sub type allows Personal Housing Plans to be created against the Homeless application using the new fields that have been added. |

New referral functionality has been added to allow Support referrals to be created against a specific service. This is a continuation of the the development of our Support module. |

Fixed an issue where the Date left for each household member was blanked when a case was moved back to Active after being Archived. |

Fixed an issue where an error occured when viewing the Integration users list if a user existed without any access tokens. |

If you wish to use the new Homeless application PHP fields then you will need to: - Create a new Comms template with a message sub type of ‘English homeless personal housing plan’ - Select your existing ‘PHP wrapper’ - Insert the new Homeless fields that have been created We would also suggest editing your Case form and hiding the 3 original PHP fields that appear there to remove any confusion and if you are not using them for any other reason. |
