Lookups

Lookups can now be filtered in sub-regional systems to allow different authorities to see only certain values.

 

Support assessments

Support assessment forms have been created as a new item that can be created as part of a case, if you have a subscription to the upcoming Support module.

Only one Support assessment form can be Active on a case at any one time.

The Support assessment form is configurable and can have additional fields, pages and groups added to it through the Form Editor.

 

 

A new Action category has been added to allow Support assessment action definitions to be created.

Any Actions created against a Support assessment form are also displayed on the Actions page when viewing the Case.

 

 

New message sub type has been created to allow Support assessment Comms templates to be created.

 

 

A new Support assessment list has created to display all Support assessment records.

 

Permissions

A new Cases: Support assessments permission group has been created with the following options:

View and edit

View only

Create actions

Dashboard tiles only

 

Housing Register applications

A new check has been added to stop an application being made Active without being assigned a Band.

Fixed an issue where the Main duty decision date could not be set to a date prior to the Relief duty end date.

 

 

Fixed an issue where ‘Eviction from supported housing’ could not be selected as the Main reason for loss of settled home if the Accommodation at the time of application or Accommodation when last settled was set to ‘Social rented or supported housing’.

Pre-assessment

Fixed an issue where an applicant’s pre-assessment could get stuck in the Ineligble state even though they had answered questions to make them eligible.
