Actions

A new Action category has been created, Case (system-wide).

This category is only available in multi-organisation systems.

Any actions created using this type are available to all organisations in the system.

Permissions

A new Make retrospective bids permission has been added to the Properties: Shortlists folder.

Housing Register

The Housing Register workflow has been updated to allow applications to be moved from the Submitted online state to the Pending state.

Two new standard eligibility fields have been added to the Housing Register:

Required adaptations – applicants can only bid on properties that have the adaptations that have been specified

Eligible for ground floor/lift need – if specified on a Void then only applicants with a matching need will be allowed to bid

Both fields are hidden by default and need to be made visible before they can be used.

Comms templates

Comms templates have been updated to allow fields from the Housing Register, Homeless application, Financial assessment, Health assessment and Rough sleeper forms to be added to any template based on any of these application types.

Properties

Two new standard eligibility fields have been added to the property:

Adaptations – allows property adaptions to be stored and used to ensure applicants only bid on properties that meet their needs

Ground floor/lift need – used to store ground floor/lift adaptions for a property

Both fields are hidden by default and need to be made visible before they can be used.

Voids

A new standard eligibility field has been added to the void:

Ground floor/lift need – used to allow only those applicants with the specified need to bid on the property

Comms

If a Draft Comms message is deleted it no longer remains visible in the Comms centre.

Housing Register

Fixed an issue where the Band field would not be set if a Housing Register application was assigned a Band override value but never had a calculated Band.
