Notes

The amount of text displayed for a Note on the Actions and History pages has been increased from 50 characters to 4,000 characters.

Housing Register

A new renewals option has been added to Exclude those who have bid within the last x days.

When set this will not start the renewals process for any applicant that has placed a bid within the specfified number of days, regardless of their last renewal date.

System settings

The settings to determine the length of Address history an applicant must provide on the public portal, and the people it must apply to, have been moved.

Previously this was set on the My Address form in the People workflow.

It can now be found in System settings, under People.

The length of Address history an applicant must provide on the public portal can now be set per Organisation.

When a user is logged in as a particular organiation they can then set the duration for that organisation.

Bedroom assessments

New functionality has been added that allows unborn children to be included automatically in the bedroom calculations at a specified number of weeks through the pregnancy.

Landlords

Fixed an issue where custom fields added to the Landlord table do not appear as columns in the Landlord list or related lists.

Lists

When lists have columns with large amounts of text in them, word wrapping extends the height of certain rows. This can cause strange behaviour in the lists, particularly at the bottom of the lists.

As an interim solution we have added the option to disable Word wrap in lists which corrects the behaviour.

This can be done by clicking the icon at the top of a list.
