Lookup values can be assigned Tags to provide additional functionality. These tags can be used in a number of different ways.
Lookups that use tags by default are as follows:
- Nationality
- Shortlist offer rejection reasons
- Garden type
- Parking type
- Pets allowed
Nationality
Tags can be assigned to specific lookup values so that if the user enters text that matches them then the lookup value is selected.
For example the United Kingdom lookup value has tags associated with it that are British, Great Britain, English, England, Welsh, Wales, Scotland, Scottish and UK. If any of these values are entered then the United Kingdom value is selected in the lookup.
Shortlist offer rejection reasons
Tags can be assigned to each reason so that they can be classified as either Reasonable or RequireNote.
The Reasonable tag allows rejection reasons to be classified between those that are reasonable and those that are unreasonable.
Any values tagged with RequireNote requires the user to enter a note if the rejection reason is selected.
Garden type
Tags can be assigned to specific lookup values to determine if an icon is displayed on the advert on the public portal.
Parking type
Tags can be assigned to specific lookup values to determine if an icon is displayed on the advert on the public portal.
Pets allowed
Tags can be assigned to specific lookup values to determine if an icon is displayed on the advert on the public portal.
