11. Legacy homeless applications
The legacy homeless application allows pre 3rd April 2018 cases to be recorded in the system to be included in the H-CLIC return.
The system workflow assumes all cases entered have had Main duty accepted.
Adding a homeless application

Save the application, button changes green once the mandatory data has been completed | |
Discard changes and return back to the case | |
Date homeless application made | Must be prior to 3rd April 2018 |
Ending Main duty
To end Main duty for an application the fields in the Ending main duty section need to be completed, and the application needs to be moved to the Main duty discharged state.
Notes & Actions
Displays all Alerts, Notes and Actions assigned to the application. Further details on the functionality can be found here - 5. Notes, Alerts & Actions
Comms centre
Displays all Comms linked to the application. Further details on the functionality can be found here - 4. Communications.
Files
Displays all Files linked to the Case. Further details on the functionality can be found here - 24. Files.
Placements
Displays all placements linked to the application. Further details on the functionality can be found here - 17. Homeless placements.
