How to sort Note order

When Notes are created against a Case, the default order is that notes marked as important are put to the top of the list.  This is shown by a ‘1’ being displayed next to the column title.

In the example below we can see that the order is displaying as Important notes being displayed first (marked with a 1) and then by the created date (marked with a 2).



If you change the order and then want to re-sort it back to showing important first, for example, you will need to switch off the sort orders and then select the important column to be '1' again.  You can switch the orders on and off by clicking on the column name.
