How to enable Local connection qualifying questions

How to enable Local connection qualifying questions

The Local connection section can be configured to display qualification questions to the applicant that asks them if they have a local connection to area. If they answer 'Yes' to one of these questions then they are required to enter at least one Local connection.

To switch on the qualifying questions you need to Edit the Housing Register workflow and expand the Parish connections field, which is located within the Local Connections group.
The Show qualifying questions field then needs to be set to 'Yes'.

Once turned on the details of each qualifying questions can then be amended or switched off.

The questions are displayed in turn with the user only shown the next question if they answer 'No' to the previous one.
If a user answers 'Yes' to one of the questions then they are required to enter details of at least one local connection.
The system does not enforce that they have to enter connection of the type they have answered 'Yes' to

Once the questions have been switched on and configured the workflow is required to be published before the questions will be displayed for applicants.
If you want the qualifying questions to be displayed on both the public portal form and the back office form then they need to be enabled separately on both forms
