How do I create a SAR file?

If you need to extract information related to a Case for a SAR or to provide information to a third party then you are able to do a Case export.
A Case export creates a single zipped file containing information relating to all people on the case, all case strands and all Comms messages and Files associated with the Case.
To create an export:
  1. Edit the case you wish to export
  2. Click on the Export tab
  3. Click  
  4. A new request record will be created and displayed in the table
  5. Click  to update the table
  6. Once the file has been generated a  option is displayed
A case extract can take a few minutes to be generated depending on the size of the case and the amount of information that needs to extracted
When downloaded the file will be saved into normal Downloads folder as specified by your browser.
