How can you ask questions to only the Primary or Joint applicants?

If you have some questions on your form that only needs to be answered by the primary or joint applicants then there are number of different ways this can be achieved.

When creating a People sub form on the Housing Register application one of the available options to determine which people are selected is Primary and joint applicants.

As well as being able to select which people are displayed in the form there are also a number of special system fields that can be used in the Logic Editor to determine when fields are made visible, or be included in validation rules.
The fields are:
  1. Are they a primary or joint applicant
  2. Are they the primary applicant
  3. Are they a joint applicant
These fields cannot be placed on the form but can be used in both visibility and validation rules.
