The Huume housing needs solution is based upon core functionality relating to people and cases. All of the modules share this common functionality to provide a fully integrated system.
People
The system contains a database of individuals that are used to create cases against as required. The system captures relationships between individuals to allow linked people to be added to cases quickly and easily.
Cases
Cases are created in the system to manage any interaction with a person or group of people; e.g. a household. These can consist of multiple different strands that are all grouped together under a single case object in the system.
The flexibility of the system allows different household makeups to be assigned to different cases.

This approach removes the need to constantly keep households up to date and move people around by merging and splitting households.
