Evening, I was interested in how others are using tags.  I have started to use almost as a highlighted staff admin note and not sure if that is ok to do as I cannot really tell from the manual if it might have an unknown consequence. 

I like how the tag can be seen at report level rather than having to go into the case and how on the case it is in red on front screen. 

Examples of what I have been doing is "duplicate case do not use", "close if no contact by .." "waiting for housing needs report"  This is so someone can just run the list of pending/suspended and know if something can be closed without having to open each one or have lots of actions.  Then the action can easily be removed if no longer relevant. 

Any feedback on how you use would be great.
