I’ve been asked by our Customer Experience Lead to see if we can export certain types of reports from CBL. I am aware there is an option to export to Excel but I was not able to generate a specific report required.

We have a certain number of hard to let properties in certain areas, and we are looking to see if we can generate a shortlist of applicants, who are looking in those areas, so we could proactively contact them instead of waiting for them to place bids.

In the Housing Register section, I have added an extra column “preferred areas”, but the column is blank and the information we need is not pulling through.

Please can you let me know if there is a better option at all?
