Hi all, we are redesigning our form that we ask landlords to complete for a reference on a current / previous tenant. Some landlords still ask for a signed consent form from the applicant. What wording do you use on the form to express that there is complied consent when the applicant has completed the form online? Or do you add a question to the form asking if you can contact a landlord for this purpose?
