Hi All, we started off by using the Housing Register function of Huume but now our Housing Advice use the system for homelessness too. We have explained how to search to see if the person is already on the system or if they already have a housing register case but new cases for homelessness continue to be created. Has anyone else experienced this and how did you rectify this? Any good tips out there to get the message home? Thanks ;)
