Hi,
I have a Lettings Coordinator who works with our H4U customers, but the assessments and duty updates are done by Housing Advice Officers. We've been adding the Coordinator as a secondary case officer so she has a case list, but noticed that messages don't flag up for her only the primary case officer. Is it a case of putting her as a second primary case officer so she can see customer messages, or is there another way to keep her as secondary and still see the messages (apart from searching the primary case officer and scrolling through their messages)?
